Marcus Pal (Sweden) is a sound artist and tuning theorist based in Stockholm. His theoretical work focuses on the mental construction of the contents of the particular kind of awareness known as harmonic sound, or what may be called harmonic auditory cognition. From 2013 to 2014, Pal received teachings from La Monte Young, Marian Zazeela and Jung Hee Choi. He has worked regularly with Catherine Christer Hennix since 2013, realising numerous sound works and performing with the Chora(s)san Time-Court Mirage.
